2 Kaki Mahjong

Recently, my family and I started playing 3 Kaki Mahjong and we are now hooked to the game. Last night, two of us were only available and we decided to improvise the game by eliminating some pieces. Believe it or not it worked pretty well and we enjoyed it.

Yes! I heard it

The seed is the word of God. Those along the wayside are people who hear it, but immediately the devil comes and takes the Word from their minds, for he doesn't want them to believe and be saved. Those on the rocky ground are people who receive the word with joy but they have no roots, they believe for a while and give way in time of trial. Among the thorns are people who hear the word but as they go their way, are chocked by worries, riches and the pleasures of life, they bring no fruit to maturity.

The good soils, instead, are people who received the word and keep it in a gentle and generous mind and perserving patiently, they bear much fruits.

"Listen then, if you have ears to hear".

Farewell Lunch

NG, the sweetie pie (middle) will be relocating to Sarawak to marry her new found love and a farewell lunch was held at Bubble Gum restaurant the Curve, PJ. We had a sumptious spread of shrimps, salads and some pastries brought by NG.

Wasteland

One of my business associates was involved in the supply of spices and it donned on me that I should cultivate my family's land which had been left idle for many years. In the midst of the project I needed more financial aid and I was caught in a delima whether I should stop or continue.

I was also trying to contact my brother who was put incharged of the project and the irony was that I couldn't get to speak to him of my intention.

Then subsequently, one quiet morning while I was reading, I came across this passage " I will restore the land and assign you the estates that lie waste" Isaiah 49:8. With seeds sown on good soil it will bear a hundred fold.

Once a wasteland and becoming a fruitful plantation soon.
